Account deletion
Request deletion in the application
- Sign in to Seliora and open Family → Privacy & Data → Request account deletion.
- Review the preview of affected memberships, restricted records and retained shared history.
- Complete the requested password reauthentication and explicitly confirm the request.
- Review the request status. Submission is not confirmation that final processing has completed.
Pending processing and access
Account deletion occurs in stages. After the request, ordinary family, profile, Health, Journey and Documents access is restricted. The account may remain able to authenticate and inspect rights/status while deletion is pending. Final deletion is processed asynchronously. Once processing has completed and the sign-in identity has been removed, the account is closed and can no longer sign in. This does not mean all retained records are erased. No guaranteed completion time or automatic cancellation window is promised.
Shared history and retained information
Account deletion does not immediately erase every record. Existing authorised caregivers may retain shared child history. Adult-private records remain restricted and are not transferred to other family members. Audit/history and other retained records remain subject to disposition and retention review. Family departure and deleting an account are different actions.
Family ownership limitation
Departure does not automatically promote another family owner or transfer authority. Remaining authorised members can be left without an owner; ownership recovery or transfer remains unresolved. If no authorised adult remains, the family enters a restricted state pending disposition. Review these consequences before requesting deletion.
This page does not submit a request
This is an information page, not a deletion form or automated request endpoint. Use the in-app workflow. If you need help locating it, contact info@seliorahealth.co.za. Sending an enquiry is not confirmation that an account-deletion request was submitted or completed. Do not send passwords, tokens or health records.
See the privacy draft for data handling and retention limitations. This pre-launch information is not a promise of immediate erasure or a production service-level commitment.
