Terms of service
Purpose and draft status
Seliora Health, operated by Jenna-Lee La Cock while the business entity is being established, helps users organise health, pregnancy, baby, child and family records. These are pre-launch draft terms for review, not a newly effective agreement or a replacement for existing accepted policy versions.
Not medical or emergency care
Seliora is a tracking, record-keeping and informational support product. It is not a diagnostic or individualized treatment service and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or clinical judgement. User-entered records and general information are not a substitute for consultation with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Users should not start, stop, substitute, increase, decrease or otherwise change medication or treatment based on Seliora alone without appropriate professional guidance.
A person who believes that they or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency should contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare professional. Seliora is not an emergency medical service.
Accounts and family access
Users must have lawful authority to create and manage records for a child or another person. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, report suspected unauthorised access and invite only appropriate authorised caregivers. Do not share credentials to bypass access controls. Family information may be sensitive; receiving access does not authorise unrelated use or unrestricted access to another adult's records.
User records and acceptable use
Users retain their rights in information they enter. Seliora handles that information to provide, secure and maintain the service in accordance with applicable policies and law. Users are responsible for lawful uploads and sharing, and should check important information against source records and professional advice. User-entered records are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current.
- Do not impersonate others or access their accounts without permission.
- Do not bypass security or family-access controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately misleading information.
- Do not attack or disrupt the service or misuse health or children's information.
- Do not use the service to harass, exploit, discriminate against or harm another person.
Availability and changes
Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network failures, faults, security incidents and provider outages may affect access. Features may change or be discontinued. Access may be restricted to protect users or the service, investigate abuse or comply with law. Appropriate notice of material changes will be provided where required.
Advertising and subscriptions
When enabled, native Android/iOS builds use Google Mobile Ads and UMP for a labelled, non-personalized Home banner subject to provider privacy choices. An advertisement is not an endorsement by Seliora. Production advertising is not enabled or approved; web/desktop advertising remains disabled.
An ad-free entitlement boundary exists, but paid subscriptions, checkout, purchase restoration and a verified subscription provider are not live. Advertising support exists, but production advertising is not currently enabled. When explicitly enabled for eligible non-subscribers, the model is ad-supported; no live subscription purchase is currently available. This page does not offer a subscription or promise purchase functionality. Any future paid offering requires separately disclosed pricing and terms.
Privacy, departure and deletion
Read the privacy draft. Privacy & Data provides export, family-departure previews and account-deletion requests. Processing may be pending and does not promise immediate deletion of all shared history or retained records. Review the consequences before confirming. See account deletion information.
